Chloe's Cause
A CHARITABLE FUND SUPPORTING THE COMPARATIVE ONCOLOGY PROGRAM
AT UC DAVIS SCHOOL OF VETERINARY MEDICINE CENTER

I'm deeply touched to share Chloe’s Cause, a charitable fund I created in honor of my dog, Chloe, that supports the Comparative Oncology Program at UC Davis Veterinary Medicine Center. By supporting Chloe’s Cause, you’re helping advance life-saving veterinary cancer research that benefits pets and humans.
Each year, over six million dogs and as many cats are diagnosed with cancer, and over two million humans. Nearly everyone has been touched by cancer, either personally or through a loved one. As a breast cancer survivor who has lost many loved ones to this devastating disease, including my cherished dog, I’m a passionate advocate for cancer research.
The cutting-edge cancer research at UC Davis Veterinary Medicine Center holds the key to major advances in cancer treatments and potential cures for both animals and humans. Our dogs are genetically similar to us, they live in our same environment, and develop many of the same cancers as we do. Certain treatments that are effective for them have been found to work for humans too. Cats also contribute to this research.
Please help us raise awareness and funding for this critical research. Your support, through donations and spreading awareness makes a difference.
