Featured in this series are animal apparitions, images that range from lifelike depictions of my dog, Chloe, and other animals to more fantastical, otherworldly creatures. Some I recognize, while others remain a mystery. In some instances, these animal apparitions seem to carry symbolic meanings instead of personal connections.
